‘Don’t Be Tardy’ Recap: Kim Zolciak, Husband Kroy Biermann Reveal His Career Woes Cause a ‘Lot of Worry’

Brazil, what? If you missed Don’t Be Tardy‘s Wednesday, November 30, episode, then you missed out on watching the real 2016 Olympics — the Biermann family Olympics. This week also brought Kim Zolciak a spicy inside look into family chef Tracey Bloom’s blooming love life. If there were a Real Housewives spinoff Olympics, we’d give this episode the gold medal.

Brielle Convinces Tracey to FaceTime Her New Fling

Tracey has been online dating for the past few episodes, and this week we finally got to see the fruits of her efforts in the form of her 25-year-old “girlfriend,” Lexi. The former Top Chef star explained, “I’ve been talking to Lexi on the internet for like a month and a half now.” Brielle encouraged her buddy to meet the girl face-to-face, teasing, “Tracey’s not getting any younger.”

Brielle Calls Ariana a “Basic Bitch”

Brielle and her 14-year-old sister’s usual familial tormenting was starting to get a little out of hand when it came to a discussion on their fashion choices. Brielle slammed Ariana’s footwear, stating, “Basic bitch got brown Converse.” Damn, Brielle. That was ice-cold.

Kroy’s Free-Agency Status Is Causing Stress for the Entire Family

Kroy Biermann started to pick up on the family stress and assumed it was due the uncertainty of his NFL career. Kroy said, “Being in the middle of free agency, there’s a lot up in the air.” Kim added, “We could go tomorrow.” Kroy then decided to alleviate what he called “a lot of stress” by declaring a family fun day at Andretti’s Family Entertainment Complex. Kroy promised, “Whoever wins gets a thousand dollars.”

In a confessional, Kim admitted, “It’s gonna be Ariana.” Needless to say, after a round of go-karting, bowling and even a tightrope competition, Ariana brought home the thousand dollar prize. Guess those brown Converse aren’t so basic after all!

Tracey and Brielle Have … “Chemistry”??

Later in the episode, we got to witness Tracey on a real-life double date with Lexi, Brielle and Brielle’s friend Zach. The chemistry instantly evaporated when Tracey kicked things off by saying to her date, “So, you have lipstick on your teeth.” While at the restaurant, it seemed like all Tracey wanted to talk about was how close she was with Brielle. A close-to-tears Tracey admitted about Brielle, “If she’s having a bad day, I’m the one to cry for her because I really love her.” Brielle responded, “I’m sitting here thinking, ‘Are we in love?'”

The chemistry between these two is always on fire but usually just because of their comedic banter. Is there something more here? In a confessional, the 19-year-old admitted, “I mean, at this point it seems like me and Tracey have more chemistry than anybody else at this table.”

Kim Wants to Know if Brielle Likes Girls

After having a postdate dish sesh with Kim, Tracey admitted that Lexi was a dud. Tracey explained, “She’s not as good of a conversationalist as I am.” After a few laughs and inappropriate jokes about being a “top or bottom,” Brielle explained to her mom, “Tracey always talks about her sex life to me.” When the topic moved on to Brielle’s dating life, she confessed, “I don’t like touching boys.” A flustered Kim responded, “Do you like girl …” and then immediately cut herself off, clearly not wanting to really ask the question. Kim ended the conversation by saying, “Tracey, you’ve been hanging out with Brielle too much.”
