The name of the show is Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, but on Sunday, March 3, the city at the center of much of the drama was Paris, France. After being berated by her younger sister Kim for ignoring boyfriend Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian planned a romantic vacation to the European metropolis so she and her longtime love could reconnect.
The trip was nearly ruined, though, when 29-year-old Disick invited some of the couple's friends to tag along. Kardashian, 33, was hurt, but she agreed to the group getaway as long as her beau would accompany her to the Pont Des Arts bridge, where pairs "lock up" their love by writing their names on a padlock, attaching it to a fence, and then tossing the key into the water.
"Writing our names on the padlock and throwing our key into the river will just be something that will show Scott how important our relationship is," the mom-of-two (to Mason, 3, and Penelope, 7 months) gushed. "And I think it's just a really special thing to do."
Alas, Disick never showed. (Footage suggests he spent the day shopping for new clothes.) Left alone on the bridge with their son, Kardashian made a "Mommy and Mason" padlock instead and then threw the key into the river as Mason yelled, "We're in love forever!"
"I am so hurt that Scott didn't show up at the bridge when it's like the one thing that I really wanted to do while we were in Paris," she said after the incident. "I'm just so upset he didn't take me seriously and would stand me up like this."
Later in the episode, Disick admitted to his girlfriend that he didn't realize the trip was supposed to be romantic. He apologized for not meeting her and Mason at the bridge and then got to work making it up to her with a romantic boat ride, followed by a return to the Pont Des Arts bridge, where they officially "locked up" their love.
