‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Recap: Kris Jenner Says Lamar Odom Was ‘Basically’ Dead When Taken to the Hospital

KUWTK shuts it down! The reality show halted production due to Lamar Odom's overdose in a Nevada brothel during the Sunday, January 31, episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Khloé Kardashian didn't appear on camera post-crisis, but Kris Jenner revealed that Lamar was "basically" dead when he first arrived at the hospital. Meanwhile, Scott Disick entered a 30-day rehab facility, and Kourtney Kardashian voiced concern about visiting him.

Scott Disick Enters Rehab

The Lord is finally getting his act together. Kourtney's estranged baby daddy booked himself into rehab to deal with his addictive personality, and Kim Kardashian was completely on board. "Scott has gone to rehab," Kim told Khloé. "He said, 'I'm eight days sober, and I just really want to get it together this time for my kids.'"

Kourtney seemed a little apprehensive about visiting Scott, despite him asking her to join group therapy. "I am happy and thankful that Kim took the kids to see Scott," she said. "I'm really proud of Scott for going to rehab and making an effort to get help, but I'm just not ready to go visit." Considering what she's gone through, file this under "fair."

Khloé Says Lamar Loved Her 'Fat'

Khloé gets candid! The star said the only reason she wasn't called "Khloé Blowy" in high school was because she used to be overweight. "I'm the fat one, who's gonna want b–wjobs from the fat girl?" Khloé asked her sisters. "Being fat really saved me from being a whore in life, though, you guys. Being fat and then being married. I respect Lamar because he still liked me fat." No words for this amazingness.

Kris and Corey Hit a Relationship Road Bump

Kris turned 60 last year, and not only did her kids record an iconic rendition of her "I Love My Friends" video, her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, tricked out her car. So cute, but is Corey the right guy for Kris?

The momager did not appreciate her man saying she worked too hard, telling the camera, "If anyone is gonna be with me, it kinda has to be on my terms. Corey needs to understand that I manage a lot of people, and he can't change that. It's a deal-breaker." The good news is that Corey got Kris to relax, and she realized just how fab he is. Even better? She and her ex-husband, Caitlyn Jenner, had a sweet conversation in which Kris uttered the nugget of wisdom, "A smart girl always has Uggs in her car."

Lamar Odom Is Hospitalized

KUWTK dealt with Lamar's health crisis by delaying filming, which meant cameras were back in action two weeks later. "I felt helpless, it was really crazy," Kris said of Lamar's medical transfer to Los Angeles. "I'm gonna go back this afternoon, see what Khloé needs, take her some clothes, hopefully she'll get her hair washed."

Kourtney confirmed that Khloé hadn't left Lamar's side since he was hospitalized, and that she felt "guilty for needing to leave, even if it's to take a shower."

"Khloé hasn't slept in over a week," Kris later told a friend at Kim's birthday party. "She did not leave his side one time. I don't even know if she's had a shower yet … The doctor at the last hospital said, 'He basically came in here dead.' The fact that he's alive is a miracle."

Khloé Is Still a Married Woman

Khloé called off her divorce from Lamar after his hospitalization, a decision her family fully supported. "Khloé has decided to not go through with her divorce," Kim explained. "She has been by Lamar's side, and Lamar isn't really in a place where he can make these important decisions."

Khloé didn't make an appearance in the latter half of Sunday's episode due to being with Lamar, and was therefore left out of Kris' birthday video. "I just hope she doesn't get upset," Kourtney admitted, while Kim said, "I know she's having a major case of FOMO." The good news? Kim and Kourtney re-recorded their song without Kendall and Kylie Jenner (that's how bad they sounded), so it looks like Khloé wasn't the only one left out.
