Gosh, don’t be such a Ross, Kylie! Friends is one of the most popular TV shows of all time, spanning more than a decade and sparking numerous pop culture catchphrases, references and even haircuts. Know this already? Kylie Jenner might not.
The 18-year-old reality star recently sat down with Elle UK for her February 2016 cover story interview. In a taped video, which was published on Tuesday, December 29, Jenner is asked a series of simple questions.
First, the teen is asked what the ‘90s meant to her.
“I was born in the ‘90s, and I’m barely a ‘90s baby,” says Jenner, who was born in 1997.
The interviewers then ask who her favorite character from the popular ‘90s sitcom Friends was, to which she replies, “What is that?!” Friends premiered in 1994 (before Jenner was born) and went off the air in 2004, when she would have been 6.
She later claims, “I know what Friends is,” and rolls her eyes. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star then elaborates, “I mean, I don’t watch Friends, but I know what it is.”
