They’re never dunzo! It’s been 10 years since the first season of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County aired, but most of the cast of the reality series has remained close. Last weekend some of the boys from the hit MTV show reunited in Laguna Beach, Calif. for the wedding of their friend Ben Singer.
Cast members Stephen Colletti, Trey Phillips, and Dieter Schmitz all served as groomsmen in the wedding along with pal Jonathon Bernard, and took the opportunity to post a then-and-now photo of the group of longtime friends.
“From senior prom to 10 years later for the first wedding last weekend for Ben,” Schmitz captioned a split Instagram photo. “@benjammin2686 @jonathonbernard @stephencolletti @treyphillips lucky to have such great friends my whole life.”
Schmitz, who is currently engaged himself, was best known for being best pals with Colletti and Lauren Conrad, who married William Tell on Sept. 13. One Tree Hill star Colletti was a noted player on Laguna Beach, inciting the love triangle between Conrad and his ex-girlfriend Kristin Cavallari.
He posted the same image in black and white to his Instagram account, writing, “From wine coolers to fine wine, a work in progress… 2004–>2014.”
