Lauren Conrad's favorite MTV reality show isn't The Hills -- it's Jersey Shore!

"I love it!" Conrad told UsMagazine.com at the Kari Feinstein Golden Globes Style Lounge at Zune L.A. Saturday.

"We had a double episode last night and it was the highlight of my week. It was awesome," Conrad, 23, enthused of MTV's latest hit, which is gaining in the the ratings as The Hills continues to slide. "I actually haven't seen it since I left [in spring 2009]," Conrad told Us of The Hills. (Current Hills helmer Kristen Cavallari admitted to Us that she's "jealous" of the Jersey Shore's sudden popularity.)

Now a fashion designer and bestselling author, Conrad isn't a casual Jersey Shore fan -- she gave Us a blow-by-blow of the most recent action-packed episode. "There was this one part, where Ronnie hits the guy and they don't really get the hits but he like knocks him cold. He knocks him out and he runs away and just walks away and he's all, 'one shot kid.' And the guy is out!"

Of Jersey Shore's colorful cast, Conrad singles out Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. "I have a love-hate [relationship] with The Situation," she admitted. "I'm like, 'you are not that cool but then I am like, 'Uuugh you are so entertaining!' I really like JWoww just because she can throw a punch."

She can't be serious. But she is just a nice girl. Don't say anything at all if you can't say something nice.

I love how Lauren isn't a hater. She's just a really nice girl.

I love Lauren and her show the Hills, but Jersey Shore and that Oompa Loompa Snooki are a joke and an embarrassment to people from Jersey and people who are Italian. These low lives can't act and are pure garbage. I hope they cancel this show as soon as possible and find something else with more talent.
