Cory Monteith's relationship with Lea Michele may be heating up, but he still lives with a trio of dudes!
Monteith, 29, and his girlfriend and Glee costar Michele, 25, recently spent a romantic vacation together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, but back at home in Los Angeles they still live separately.
The actor stopped by Conan Monday night and revealed he lives (and parties) with three other guys. "It's like Animal House without the motorcycle going down the stairs," Monteith explained to Conan O'Brien. "Pretty much, yeah."
Monteith joked that the Easter holiday wasn't exactly a fancy affair at his abode.
"I come home to like half a six-inch Subway in the fridge," Monteith said. "It's not really the bountiful Easter that many would expect."
But that wasn't really how the Glee star spent his Easter. Monteith was photographed on Easter Sunday in Cabo San Lucas with Michele.
He could just feast his eyes on Michele's skimpy black bikini! Michele's relationship with Broadway star Theo Stockman ended in September 2011. Despite hooking up for awhile, Michele and Monteith didn't go public with their relationship until February and a source tells Us Weekly Monteith brings out the best in Michele.

"Cory is definitely having a positive effect on Lea. She's much less miserable these days," the source says. "Even when she was with Theo, she was always depressed being so far away from him and not getting to see him. She likes having someone with her that's actually there."
After a long hiatus, Glee finally returns tonight on Fox at 8 p.m. ET with guest star Matt Bomer.
