She'll become an EGOT winner in no time flat! Already a celebrated actress, writer and director, Lena Dunham showed off her lip-synching and interpretive dance chops on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday, June 9—giving a very method performance to singer-songwriter Sia's latest hit "Chandelier." As the real Sia sang the anthem facedown atop a bunk bed, Girls creator Dunham, 28, donned a blonde wig and all-white outfit as she pranced around a child's-bedroom set.
Dunham proceeded to lip-synch (sometimes badly) and mimic the viral music video of "Chandelier," which features 12-year-old Dance Moms starlet Maddie Ziegler also wearing white and a blonde wig. Australian musician Sia (who has produced hit tracks for Katy Perry, Beyonce and Britney Spears) said she has cast various different folks to wear a blonde bob wig for live renditions of "Chandelier."
Her new album 1000 Forms of Fear comes out next month. Watch Dunham do "Chandelier" now!
