Big screen twins!
Lindsay Lohan has long admired the late Elizabeth Taylor, and in a preview for Lifetime's Taylor biopic, Liz & Dick, Lohan proves just how seriously she takes her role as the beloved actress.
"God, that woman knows how to make an entrance," marvels Lohan's costar Grant Bowler in a sneak peek trailer, speaking in character as Taylor's fifth husband, Richard Burton.
In the Lifetime made-for-TV flick, Lohan, 26, and Bowler "drink, fight and fornicate" as they take their once hidden volatile romance public after deciding to tie the knot. (Taylor and Burton were first married between 1964 to 1974, after they began an affair while both married to other people. They married again in 1975, but their second union lasted only a year.)
"You just ended your fourth marriage?" says a pal of Lohan's Taylor in the fiery clip above. Replies the actress, who portrays Taylor from age 21-29: "Who's counting?!"
Having filmed the project five months ago, Lohan is excited fans will finally see the movie in its full form. "I'm really lucky to be able to do this role," she told Access Hollywood in April. "I just want to honor her the way she should be honored, because she's helped a lot of people in her life."
