Not so happy birthday.
Lindsay Lohan was punched by a waitress at L.A. club Voyeur early Friday morning -- her 24th birthday.

"A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason," the actress Twittered around 1 a.m. PT.
A witness tells UsMagazine.com that Lohan -- who sipped Red Bulls and hid her SCRAM bracelet with thigh-high boots -- wasn't exaggerating.

"The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!" the insider tells Us. "Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out."

The night didn't get better from there.
Lohan went to a party at the nearby Rockstar House -- and ran into the waitress again!
"Lohan showed up and cried because the waitress was there as well," says another source. "Some birthday."

My turn to comment. I too am with imchockie and remy2. What kind of folks are you all. I say take the waitress out side and you and her possie give her a good beat down Lindsey. She will think twice before she fights over another boy. As for the loser dude who walked away, man up and tame you silly animal who thinks your weak ass is worth fighting over. You got to be kidding, are you people so cruel that you just don't have no feelings for others. Lindsey should have called the police and watched that waitress he hauled off to jail. That would have turned a bad bithday into a great one. Too bad she ran, poor Lindsey.
What Lindsey should have done was not run but turned around and punched that witch (replace that "w" with a b) right back, but than if she would have done that the low life would have been tring to get some money. No one should be allowed to punch another person for any reasons. Lindsey should have called the police on her *ss instead of running out and had her tugged off to jail. Believe me if Lindsey would have punched that waitress she would have been calling the police and trying to sue her... Where were her so called friends? This poor girl can not get a break.
