It just keeps getting better! Adele teased another new song off her upcoming album, 25, during an interview with 60 Minutes Australia. In a preview clip posted by the show on Twitter, the British songstress belts out the new track “When We Were Young.”
“Let me photograph you in this light in case it is the last time / So we might be exactly like we were before we realized,” she sings. “We were sad of getting old, it made us restless / I’m so mad I’m getting old it makes me reckless / It was just like a movie, it was just like a song / When we were young.”
During the interview, which airs this Sunday, Nov. 22, the “Hello” singer got candid, displaying her humor and revealing her insecurities to host Liz Hayes.
“I get really nervous,” Adele reveals, adding that she “doesn’t want to disappoint” her fans. “I didn’t believe in myself,” the Grammy winner continues, jokingly adding that she’s “waiting for someone to send me back.”
“For the first time in my entire life, I feel like I’m dealing with myself,” she concludes in the candid clip.
