Safety first! Terra Jole, the star of Lifetime’s Little Women: LA, stars in her very own spinoff show, Little Women: Terra’s Little Family, documenting her high-risk pregnancy (and, spoiler!, eventual baby girl).

In Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek at the premiere, airing Wednesday, April 8 at 9 p.m. ET, a 35-weeks pregnant Terra (accompanied by boyfriend Joe Gnoffo) is directed by her doctor to get an MRI to check on their little baby.

The doctor fears she might have a condition called hydrocephalus, aka water on the brain, that could cause brain damage, and orders Terra to get an MRI “to be on the safe side.”
“I’m frustrated seeing Terra in this giant tube because I feel helpless. I feel like there’s nothing I can do and I just want the results to be good,” Joe says in the clip.
