The Game of Thrones Season 5 finale was a tough time for all fans of the HBO series. There was Cersei Lannister’s naked walk of shame, Arya’s badass throat-slitting and then unfortunate blindness, and the totally not-cool stabbing and subsequent death of Jon Snow by his fellow Night’s Watch brothers.

And while the Internet reacted in a spectacular fashion, no one was more upset than actress Maisie Williams, who plays the now-blind Arya Stark. (Reminder: Jon Snow was Arya’s bastard half-brother and one of her sole living relatives.)

While participating in an #AskGoT fan Q&A on Monday, June 15, the British star, 18, expressed her genuine feelings about the roller coaster ride that was Sunday’s conclusion to this season of the fantasy series in addition to some other candid thoughts.

Williams also took the time to settle a Twitter fight between Arya’s deceased sword fighting instructor Syrio Forel (Miltos Yerolemou) and the child-beating baddie Ser Meryn Trant (Ian Beattie), who killed Syrio on the show and whom Arya brutally murdered after gouging out his eyes in the finale.
