Seaside Heights has a new Guidette in town!
MTV has confirmed that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's real-life BFF Deena Cortese will join the Jersey Shore cast for its third season.

Cortese -- who describes herself as "class in a glass and party in a body" -- is in the midst of filming her episodes with the hard-partying group of friends, which includes Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Jenni "J-Woww" Farley.

Just last month, contract negotiations between the stars and their network threatened to halt production of the show's third season. Snooki and The Situation -- arguably the show's biggest stars -- reportedly demanded $30,000 per episode -- and MTV countered "with a number that's close to that figure," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The only reason most of those people actually watch the show is because they want to see how bad of a train wreck it'll be. It's like twilight, some people hate it and only watch/read it to know what they're hating. It makes sense... But honestly, what happened to MTV?

what's the point of this show!?!? i swear i can not believe this stupid people get paid to absolutely nothing, mtv should put something about music like the network name suggest....its so sad where it has ended up to.
for all you ppl that are talking about how "trashy" this show is and how you dnt like..........ummmmm well isn't it logical that if you don't like a show YOU DON'T FREAKING WATCH IT....that way you won't have to complain about it....and obviously ther is more ppl that like the show then ppl who hate it otherwise it wouldnt have gotten a 2nd season let alone a 3rd...so guess that means that all your whining isn't gonna stop the show...so when your flipping thru the channels and you see jersey shore>>>juss keep on turning the channel till you find a less "trashy" show that you do like :)
What a Total waste of Time and vision this silly show is. Great entertainment for those with extremely low IQ's Try spending your time viewing somthing that is actually benificial to your brain.
