MTV Greenlights Pauly D, Snooki, JWoww Spinoffs

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Paul "Pauly D" Delvecchio and Jenni "JWoww" Farley just wrapped Jersey Shore's third season, but there's much more wild reality TV in store for the trio.
The breakout stars of MTV's summer smash reality hit have inked a franchise deal with the network for untitled spinoff projects to air in 2012.

Set to begin production later this year, the ladies' spinoff will follow Polizzi and Farley as they navigate their own 12-episode series about life away from the shore. "The locale may be different, but the friendship is sure to remain the same," MTV hints in a statement. Delvecchio's 12-episode series will chronicle his life as an in-demand Rhode Island disc jockey.
"The Jersey Shore cast is at the center of the show's ongoing success and Nicole, Pauly D and Jenni have become household names as a result of their unique, sometimes outrageous and often hilarious personalities," MTV's Executive Vice President of Programming and Head of Production Chris Linn tells UsMagazine.com.

"We're excited to put the spotlight on their lives away from the shore as they pursue their individual passions, careers and relationships," Linn continues. "Both series are fun, fresh ways for us to evolve what is an already successful brand for us."

The trio -- along with Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz Magro, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Deena Cortese and Sammi Giancola -- are set to film the fourth season of Jersey Shore in Italy this spring.

And just when you thought MTV couldn't sink any lower... I want the music back.
these 3 are the most real and down to earth on the show. They are also my favorites.
MTV will take these freaks but they will not take Lauren Conrad even though she too is an MTV veteran.

No, I will not give them the time a day! They are gutter trash. MTV sure isn't what it use to be...shame! Comcast can take them off my line-up for all I care. Isn't the Teen mom show on that channel as well? Enough said!
TrashTV at it's finest... MTV needs to remove the M which Is SUPPOSED to stand for MUSIC and add TRASH bc they show NOTHING but trash on their station. ONE show about a geek with a big P*nis, shows about teen moms, a show promoting s*x, drugs and drinking... Yeah REAL good TV there (sarcastically said)
