The biggest names in entertainment headed to the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 27, for the iconic award show’s historic first ceremony without gendered categories.
The show, hosted by Katy Perry, celebrated artists in categories including Video of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Collaboration. Previously gendered categories Best Female Video and Best Male Video will combine to form Artist of the Year.
Pink, meanwhile, scored the coveted Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, which she accepted on Sunday in addition to giving an epic performance.
