Dressed as former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy, Katie Holmes has history buffs doing a double take in a new promo for History Channel's The Kennedys.

While shooting the eight-hour miniseries in July, Holmes, 31, told UsMagazine.com that portraying the American icon was "really fun! Her clothes were magnificent.
"I feel so lucky. We have these wonderful seamstresses who are creating beautiful dresses that are obviously replicas of real things [Kennedy] wore," Holmes told Us of the project, airing in early 2011. "Her great style was both appropriate for every event that she went to and also classic, and also things that were wearable. I feel really lucky to be playing her."

I have home movies of both John Kennedy, and Ted Kennedy, and these men who play them, are very similar in looks, when the Kennedy's were young!
She wasn't "Jackie O" until she married Aristotle Onassis. She's morphing into Jackie Kennedy, not Jackie "O". But there is a striking resemblence, I must say......
