Report: Lindsay Lohan to Leave Rehab on Thanksgiving

Lindsay Lohan may be home for the holidays after all.

Though the actress will remain in a court-mandated rehab facility until January 3, TMZ reports the Betty Ford Clinic has given Lindsay a 15-hour day pass to leave the rehab facility.
The 24-year-old Mean Girls star will now reportedly spend Thanksgiving with her father, Michael Lohan; several friends are expected to join the recently reunited duo for dinner as well.

Earlier this week, the actress was hit with some sobering news: She is being replaced by Malin Akerman in the porn biopic Inferno.

"Lindsay had scheduling issues due to legal obligations and is continuing to focus on getting better in rehabilitation in Palm Springs. She really had to focus on that in our opinion -- and hers," producer Chris Hanley told UsMagazine.com. "We wish the best to her and are sure she will succeed at her goals."

Non celebrities don't get holiday "day" passes, why should anyone else? These people whine and moan about the media following them but expect favors from the justice system, lock them down with the same people that have committed the same crimes. They will change their tunes!

I personally still think she should be in prison. How many times did she violate her parole by failing drug tests, leaving the country, missing her court dates? If any normal person did any of that we'd DEFINITELY be sitting in a jail cell. Raise your hand if you're sick of Lindsay Lohan and her derranged family!

What the hell is wrong with the justice sytem and the ppl who let her out for a hour let alone 15!, It just goes to show you that the rich can do as they please and the poor sit in rehab or jail...somethings wrong this is picture!
