Pop queen Katy Perry's cameo -- as a sweet ditz nicknamed Honey who likes Ted (Josh Radnor) -- livens up this otherwise mild round of the comedy. Ted's romance with another beauty (Jennifer Morrison) is fairly mirthless, but Mother's trademark inspired kookiness does emerge, usually compliments of Neil Patrick Harris as caddish Barney. Fun gag reel, too: Jason Segel breaks into the Robot for no reason!
