Meanwhile, pregnant Kourtney and her still-slimy guy, Scott Disick, try to smooth out intimacy issues (she feels he's "insensitive" to her needs). I love all the Lady's and they all have a good head on their shoulder's but..Kourt needs to wake up to Scott he show's NO affection to her at all, he is stuck on his self for what reason? who know's I understand he is the Father to her child but she can do better.
