So kudos to Knowles' ex-Destiny's Child sidekick Kelly Rowland, who holds her own on a third solo CD of clever R&B cuts ("Work It Man") and pounding dance-floor jams ("Commander"). Plus, the disc already boasts one bona fide hit: the slinky chart-topper "Motivation." (Universal Republic)
