After some TV flops and a Grey's Anatomy stint, Chris O'Donnell landed a hit with this boilerplate drama spinoff. He charms as tough-guy special agent G. Callen, who works with an earnest partner (LL Cool J). The cases, from human trafficking to escaped terrorists, aren't nail-biters, but it all goes down easily. (Paramount, $63)
