At last, the ladies return in all their resplendent glory. Bethenny Frankel is not even missed thanks to the intense rivalry between prissy Alex McCord and mouthy Jill Zarin. It's captivating to watch these opposites rankle each other, especially when Ramona Singer fans the flames at a wedding. As for new blood, hip single mom Cindy Barshop has the goods. (Bravo, 10 P.M.)
