This 16 and Pregnant spinoff started out raw and riveting. Now it's the reality equivalent of a tired soap. Season 3 spends too much time following Farrah Abraham -- the most self- involved of the show's four moms -- as she decides to "treat" herself to a "boob job." This isn't The Real Teens of Beverly Hills! As for troubled Amber Portwood, her torn-between-two loves travails seem slight given her recent threat to commit suicide. Only the tots are embraceable. (MTV, 10 P.M.)
