Pit 18 Top Chef alums (including season 6's snooty Jen Carroll and round 5's adorable Fabio Viviani) against one another in lively NYC. Add lots of compelling second chance angst. Voila: a special edition searing with emotion -- especially when, in tense and testy fashion, the competitors join Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio and new regular Anthony Bourdain in judging one another's dishes. Who knew mustard gelato could induce so much drama? (Bravo, 10 P.M.)
