Sarah Jessica Parker's flair for aesthetics apparently doesn't stop at fashion. She produces (and appears in the premiere of) the oddest Project Runway copycat yet: 14 artists hope to paint, sculpt or silk-screen their way to $100,000 and a museum exhibit. Forget that most of the contestants make dull TV and the judges come off as snobs; the big flaw lies in the subjective concept. Who's to say a gritty photo is better than a pretty watercolor? (Bravo, 11 P.M.)
