Home, sweet home: After last season's L.A. stint, host Heidi Klum and mentor Tim Gunn -- along with Nina Garcia and Michael Kors (both back full time!) -- return to fashion capital NYC to challenge 16 new designers.

One standout? Fragile Janeane, who cries throughout the first task of creating a signature dress. Indeed, while the previous installment caught flak for its lack of panache, season seven brims with talent and tension. (Lifetime, 10 P.M.)
