A health scare that definitely hasn't been embellished. Vicki Gunvalson rushes to the hospital to help with daughter Briana Culberson's medical issues in the Real Housewives of Orange County's Monday, July 18, episode, as seen in Us Weekly's exclusive sneak peek.

The Bravo series' preview clip shows Gunvalson, 54, chatting in her home with Ryan Vieth's now-former fiancée, Sarah Rodriguez, who happened to run into the OG Housewife at the gas station right as Culberson, 29, was having trouble breathing. Rodriguez offers to watch Culberson's sons, Troy and Owen, until someone else is available.

"Ironically, Sarah is at the gas station at the same time the ambulance pulls up," Gunvalson tells the camera. "It's like a godsend. It's like, Thank you, Jesus. I don't know what I'm doing right now, but I just need somebody to be here for me."

Tamra Judge hears about the health emergency and races over to Gunvalson's home to join Rodriguez.

"[Vicki] called me, and I'm like, 'What's wrong?' I was freaking out,'" Judge says. "And she was like, 'It's not good. It's not good.' And then I could hear Briana in the background. … Those are the sounds you never erase from your mind, her gasping for breath. It was just not good."

Gunvalson tweeted last year that Culberson underwent surgery November 13, 2015, to remove enlarged lymph nodes, and that the procedure was a success.

Thus far, season 11 has been a trying one for Gunvalson, as the insurance maven continues to deal with fallout over last season's scandal centering on Brooks Ayers' lying about his cancer diagnosis.
