That means: Bethenny Frankel dancing on a table, Ramona Singer doing some poolside weight lifting, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps doing a somersault, and Sonja Morgan forgetting a crucial wardrobe piece.
Sonja jumps onto the couch where LuAnn is doing gymnastics, prompting Carole to ask, “Do you have panties on? God, she never has panties on!”
