Sandra Bullock's Oscar Fear? Her "Heels"

Blind Side star Sandra Bullock is frontrunner in the Best Actress category at Sunday's Academy Awards.

Her biggest fear of the night?
"Anytime I present tonight or walk up and down those stairs, I just don't want these heels to pull this body down!" the actress, 45, said on E!'s pre-Oscar special. "As long as the body stays upright, it's a perfect night!"

When Ryan Seacrest told her she would likely win, Bullock got bashful.
"I'm the most pessimistic person in the world when it comes to myself," the star, in a Marchesa gown, said.

If Bullock wins an Oscar tonight, she'll be the first actress to win a Razzie and an Oscar over the same weekend. On Saturday, she collected two Razzie awards -- worst actress for All About Steve and worst screen couple with Bradley Cooper.

I know she won for the "Blind Side",but she also got nominated for "The Proposal" - which I'm glad SHE got instead of that VERY shallow Ryan Reynolds... I don't think he won anything... serves him right I HATE HIM!!!
