It seems like Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are already second-guessing their decision to join Marriage Boot Camp. In an exclusive new sneak peek for Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, the Bachelor alums sit down with director Elizabeth Carroll to discuss whether the show is a good fit for them.
“I’d say I’m unsure about this,” Lowe, 32, who was the Bachelor on the ABC show’s 17th season and married Giudici in January 2014, admits. “I’m not saying I’m leaving right now, but I’ve had an uneasy feeling about this ever since we agreed to do it.”
But Carroll’s not having it, noting, “We are very specific and strategic about going to the people who need help. If you’re healthy you don’t need a doctor, right?”
Lowe’s concern seems to be less about the therapy he and his wife of one year will receive on the show and more about his costars.
“I don’t want to seem judgmental in any way, but it’s a bunch of people talking about threesomes, dropping F-bombs every other word. I don’t want to be associated with that,” he says.
Lowe and Giudici's castmates this season include Mama June Shannon and Sugar Bear from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Benzino and Althea Heart from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, Sunday Carter and Cedric from Basketball Wives LA, and Sarah Oliver and Jimmy “Inkman” Coney from Bad Girls Club.
