Super Bowl Commercials 2014: Most Popular Ads of the Night Ranked!

Super Bowl 2014 wasn’t exactly a nail biter — the Seattle Seahawks trounced the Denver Broncos 43-8 — but the competition for best, most memorable commercials that aired during the lackluster match was decidedly more intense! With celebrities, inspiring real-life heroes pyrotechnic effects and adorable, anthropomorphic animals vying for fans’ affection during the FOX broadcast, the ultimate victors came from the likes of Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Chobani, H&M, T-Mobile Audi and Toyota. Budweiser’s “Puppy Love.” Set to Passenger’s weepy “Let Her Go,” this spot chronicled the very special friendship between a Clydesdale and a puppy, with a romance between their human companions thrown in as well.

Coca-Cola’s “It’s Beautiful.” This patriotic spot panned landscapes across the United States to the strains of “America the Beautiful” and celebrated Americans and American families of all ethnicities, religious faiths and sexual orientation, including one same-sex male couple and their kids.  (Watch above)

Budweiser’s “A Hero’s Welcome.” This touching spot chronicled the homecoming of a real-life soldier, Lt. Chuck Nadd, as he reunites with his wife, mother, his rural hometown and more — complete with a parade!

Audi’s “Doberhuahua.” Creepy! An indecisive couple shopping for a puppy selects a monstrous-cute combination Doberman/Chihuahua who wreaks havoc wherever he goes. Sarah McLachlan even makes a hilarious cameo in a nod to her ASPCA ads.

Toyota, “Big Game Ad Starring Terry Crews and the Muppets.” It’s the Muppets! Singing and frolicking with Terry Crews! ‘Nuff said.

Tim Tebow, T-Mobile, “No Contract”  The NFL’s most talked-about player-without-a-team pokes fun at himself in this spot.
