Tara Reid Receives Lowest American Reunion Salary

It's no surprise that Tara Reid's career isn't what it once was -- and that's definitely reflected in her paycheck for American Reunion, the fourth theatrical film in the American Pie franchise.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 35-year-old actress joined the film for close to the $250,000 that Universal initially offered. Jason Biggs, 33, and Seann William Scott, 34, meanwhile, will reportedly earn $5 million each, plus a portion of first-dollar gross.

Alyson Hannigan, who has worked steadily since the original 1999 film, will earn $3 million, as will Eugene Levy, who plays Biggs' father in the films.

The rest of the cast -- which includes Chris Klein, Mena Suvari, Jennifer Coolidge, Shannon Elizabeth, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Thomas Ian Nicolas and Natasha Lyonne -- will earn between $500,000 and $750,000, sources tell The Hollywood Reporter.

A studio rep calls the figures "inaccurate" but declined to elaborate.

How is this not fair? She ran her career into the floor by choosing partying over everything else. Her fault. She is utterly forgettable as both a person and as a character on screen. The writers would have done well to kill her off. Everyone looses someone from their class by the time a 5yr reunion rolls around. If anything the producers have done her a huge favor. They are handing her 250k which will all go towards more third rate cosmetic slash jobs, blow, and maybe beef tent reduction.

I would agree, tt seems a bit low for her given she was part of the orginal cast. I think everyone who has been on all the movies should recieve the same amount. That is one reason why i liked cast of Friends. They recieved each recieved the same amount of money for the show.

awww that's sad Tara Reid is a pretty decent actress and I think she seems like she's been a little more sober lately - lmao
