At 46, Randy Couture (gotta love that name) is the world's oldest UFC fighting champion. But who knew the small-town boy from Oregon who trained to bring martial arts into the mainsteream was also an audiophile?

Well, a guy's gotta build those muscles to something -- I recently read that you can increase your workout's effectiveness by 34% by adding the right soundtrack -- and he personally selected the tunes found on Don't Quit Music Presents: Randy Couture Mix, Volume 1, that just went on sale on iTunes.
