Unrecognizable Jennifer Lawrence Hits Hunger Games Set

Jennifer Lawrence's Hunger Games reinvention is complete!
The stunning blonde Oscar nominee, 20, already unveiled her new brunette do and posed in character as Katniss Everdene on a recent Entertainment Weekly magazine cover -- but she looked utterly unrecognizable in first pics from the Hildebran, North Carolina set of the film, based on the popular young adult book trilogy by author Suzanne Collins.

Lawrence looked almost dowdy -- her curves covered up -- in a simple blue dress and sneakers and seemingly little makeup.

She knew what she was getting into, though, taking on the role from the blockbuster series. "I knew that as soon as I said yes, my life would change," she told Entertainment Weekly.

"And I walked around an entire day thinking 'It's not too late, I could still go back and do indies, I haven't said yes yet, it's not too late.'"

Lol those comments in Entertainment Weekly weren't about her appearance so US is taking what she said out of context. She's not the first to de-glam for a movie role.
If you mean she doesn't look like a sleazebag but like a normal woman should, that's not a problem! There is way too much emphasis being placed on trying to be sleazy and outrageously foul mouthed and not enough emphasis on being yourself and having REAL LOOKS AND REAL TALENT and doing something productive for society instead of trying to get paid for nothing! Frankly, I HATE what has happened to Hollywood-it's nothing short of Sodom and Gommorah! You have to watch Little House on the Prairie to even get an idea of what normal IS anymore! THANK GOD FOR RERUNS because there is nothing but TRASH on TV today!
