A suburban high school overachiever (Emmy Rossum), her closeted male best friend (Ashley Springer) and a hot, rich rebel (Friday Night Lights' Zach Gilford) form a love triangle in this teen flick filled with bed-hopping. While the actors turn in nuanced performances -- Rossum handles her transition from priss to vixen particularly well -- the low-budget coming-of-age piece plays a little too soapy.
