Time to make new friends! The Walking Dead season 6 resumes with new episodes on Sunday, February 14, and a newly released clip reveals the first four tense minutes of the midseason premiere.
The hit AMC horror drama’s footage shows Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), Sasha Williams (Sonequa Martin) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) getting stopped by a team of bikers, who are commandeering their weapons on behalf of Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
Things take a turn for the worse when Abraham asks who Negan is, causing the gang’s leader to aim his gun at the former Army Sergeant.
“You see, usually we introduce ourselves by just popping one of you right off the bat, but you seem like reasonable people,” the mysterious stranger says. “But I told you not to ask any questions. And then what does this ginger do?”
The previous season 6 episode featured Deanna (Tovah Feldshuh) meeting her demise after a walker bit her, while a Wolf took Denise (Merritt Wever) hostage. Reedus recently told Entertainment Weekly that the second half of season 6 will feature a “steadier dose” of his character.
