Watch Jennifer Lopez Kiss Another Man!

Move over, Marc Anthony. Jennifer Lopez has set her eyes on another leading man — at least on the silver screen.

In The Back-Up Plan, Lopez's first big screen effort since welcoming twins Max and Emme last year, the star plays a single NYC pet-shop owner who decides to get artificially inseminated — then meets her perfect guy (Alex O'Loughlin).

O'Loughlin's favorite makeout memories? "I was like, Oh my goodness, I'm kissing J.Lo," the 33-year-old actor tells Us. "But it's not like kissing your girlfriend. It's part of your job, and we're mates. Plus, she's another man's wife — and I've become friends with him!"

Another set of leading ladies hitting theaters this spring are Gwyneth Paltrow and Scarlett Johnasson, who team up in the sequel to 2008's $318 million-grossing Iron Man. In the new installment, the titular superhero (Robert Downey, Jr.) is still flirting with Pepper Potts (Paltrow) and "sparks are flying," coproducer Jeremy Latcham tells Us. Downey also battles Mickey Rourke and gets a new assistant, Natasha (Johansson), who threatens his relationship with Pepper.

Paltrow and Johansson bonded over a mutual love of cooking on set — that is, when Johansson wasn't hitting the gym to prep for her role. Latcham marvels at the actress' "athleticism," who did many of her own stunts as cat-suited alter ego, Black Widow. "She spent more time in the gym than anyone thought possible," he tells Us.
