She's in a pair of riding breeches and tall boots. HELLO, equestrians wear this! I really don't understand WTH she's thinking going out w/o a bra on, but otherwise this is a normal outfit for any equestrian. I myself have a ton of breeches and pair of ariat field boots for when I ride.
