Court Orders Kevin Will Keep Custody of Kids

Ortega / Wire Image - John Parra / Wire Image Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were in court Wednesday for the second hearing of the week regarding custody of the former couple's two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. While Spears received the news at her Beverly Hills home, Federline (wearing a patch over one eye) was present in court when Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled to uphold his October 1 decision to grant Federline full custody until further court order. Spears has been given visitation rights, but Usmagazine.com has learned that she will have to be supervised. While leaving the courtroom, Spears' attorney Sorrell Trope told reporters, "I'm not going to say anything. It's totally inappropriate from my perspective to make comments on an active case without my client's expressed consent, and she is not here." Meanwhile, Federline's lawyer Mark Kaplan told the press, “The orders were justified and [Kevin]’s pleased with the orders in place." The October 1 decision was due to Spears' inability to produce a valid driver's license and failure to submit to a drug test. The tests are a condition of the couple's shared custody agreement, along with mandatory counseling and parenting classes. In an effort to regain custody, Spears got her California license (she had been licensed in Louisiana) on Tuesday, and had friend Sam Lutfi arrange a drug test. Lutfi told Usmagazine.com, "[Britney] is hoping the judge will reverse the order Wednesday, now that she is making steps to follow through with what they asked." Though Federline's court ordered custody did not go into effect until noon today, Spears dropped the children off with him on Monday afternoon, before heading to a tanning salon. Kevin, read Britney like a book. He seduced her, gave her the drugs, remember, Chaotic...then used her vulnerability, and state of mind, to come out ahead, so HIS future would be taken care of! Why not get the girl on dope, pregnant? What did he have to loose? It was easy for him to pop to girls with Shar and walk away, because Shar had no money for him. Britney would be no different, just that he would be guaranteed MONEY, all he had to do was keep her on dope then swindle her into popping some kids. It worked, he has played everyone from day one!!

I do understand, but she needed to stand by her daughter, no matter what, even if she needed to kick the shi# out of Britney...She also was needed to stand by her side, even though her daughter may be wrong, to MAKE SURE HER BABIES WOULD NOT BE TAKEN AWAY, that is her duty, as a mother and grandmother!! She has let her daughter down...I have a 21 year old and I am all over the child, yes a child, my child...Just because someone becomes of age, let say 18, does not mean they know what is best for them... Us parents have been a live much longer than our 20 something children, so we are still needed to guide, protect, and if we must, put our kids in check, even if it means kicking their ass... ********************************************* 11:10am, Brit's mom has tried to stop her trainwreck daughter from making so many mistakes, but Brit has banished her from her life. Brit is above and beyond "normal" child celebrity junk, she's in serious substance abuse and mental health trouble. She'll keep going down until she accepts responsibility, gets some help, and gets rid of those so called "friends" who are on her like vultures.

I mean how can you be so blind as to continue to be obsessed with someone who can't be bothered to stay away from clubs or get a driver's lisence to keep her kids.
