Rest softly sweet lady, my prayers are with your family. You were a beautiful, talented young woman who entertained us with you many roles. I loved your voice! It had a smoky, sexy edge to it. So sad to lose a loved one so young.

I would like everyone's full attention, please! The heart is a complex organ and I had a female friend that was moving down to NJ from Connecticut. Her husband was an attorney. He had gotten flu like symptoms just before they were about to move. He was a vibrant, intelligent man. The flu is also a complex "disease". Many people that I know have gotten the H1N1 this year. Many of them had to be medicated with drugs since this flu ended up with pneumonia. The problem was that my friends who had gotten H1N1 did not take time off from their jobs or they just did not slow their pace down. I had both a male friend, who was a CEO in a company continue working. I had not heard from him in about 3 weeks. When I did hear from him he told me that he got so ill that he had to go to an Emergency Care Clinic; not the ER. My girlfriend also got the H1N1. She was sick when I first met her in August while she was visiting relatives in Maryland. She went to the doctor and was put on meds. She did not slow down and continued to party. She got pneumonia due to not adhering to staying at home, drinking plenty of fluids. Does anyone remember the Russian skater that died at the age of 29? I cannot remember his name but he had a defect in his heart. People, do not mess around with viruses. A virus can mutate and do almost anything. Isn't your life and mine worth living? God help us all, but we must slow down and smell the roses. Everyone have the most blessed Christmas ever! Take the time to enjoy your family and friends. Take the time to count your many blessings. Do not take life for granted...God is the only one who knows when our time will be up but dwell in thought that if you have led a good life here on earth you will be rewarded. I hope this brings a little hope to those of us who have lost friends and family by the holiday season. Simon Monjack my heart goes out to you, may you find peace within your heart. I realize the love of your life is gone. Please walk with the holy one and do not dwell in the thought that you could have prevented this. We have to help ourselves and slow down. Exhaustion can also play havoc in someone's life. Please my message to everyone...take care of yourselves, take it easy, and love with all of your heart, soul and mind. This is not the end of a life but the beginning of a new one. May all of us go in peace...
