The A-lister and Italian TV personality, 31, are still going strong after they first met last July in Rome. "I think they are both just getting to know each other," says a source close to Canalis, who has already double-dated with Clooney pals Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.

31Canalis turned 31 in Sept but I'd agree, she is no A-lister (in Hollywood terms). She was a velina/dancing showgirl in segments on a hilarious parody show called striscia la notizia (I still watch my italian TV). She moved to TRL (Italy) last spring before the romance broke and unless she moves to LA, nothing to gain from Clooney on Italian TV. As to marriage, hot money says George pulls a Cary Grant - BUT, in 50 years I'd bet she won't look back and regret having had George. Nor he her.

He has serious commitment issues. He will not marry - I give this another 6 months, sorry. But I'll say this much: I met George once locally at a restaurant/bar...he was super nice. Can't fault him for that.

Other than Kelly Preston he has pretty bad taste in women. This latest one seems to be only after the attention she will get by being hooked up with someone like him, luckily he bores easily and unfortunately he is not getting any younger!
