    She must be in this category because the dress isn't showing the usual amounts of skin that Cher has been famous for showing. The dress is unique, which is a true Cher dress. She looks fine!

    It's CHER!! What do you expect!? so dumb! she's edgy and doin' her own thing...as always. Def NOT worst-dressed....just "different". Oh, and by the way, being Different is what made her a star! LOL!

    I think it is aa exquisite "Cher" dress and looks beautiful on her. And how in the heck did she get put in this category. She is always a delightful surprise with class.
