its obvious thats shes had a ton of work done...just compare pictures of her in 07 to now. Shes still beautiful though

Kim Kardashian has had a lot of face work and butt implants or injections. I think it was US that had several comparison pictures one time. She does look very different from the past. She's lying about not having the plastic surgery. Her hair is even fake.
I never noticed a bump on her nose , & I don't think she's had a nose job . I don't blame her for not wanting to " mess with her face " .. She is gorgeous . I agree w/ Brad .. Brooke & Bibi , it's SO obvious how jealous u r of her !

I thought she was so beautiful, and now her nose... it just doesn't work with her face at all. She had a neat, ethnic look, and somehow thought a white nose would look good on her... totally ruined herself. Now that she's not even pretty anymore, which is all she had going for her, I'm ready for her to disappear. Why is she famous when she's now nothing? She's not talented, she's not interesting, and now she's not even pretty anymore.

She is the biggest surgery addict around in hollywood! her nose, the corners of the eyes have been elongated, her lips are plumped up and her face is slimmed down, her boobs change sizes every once a while, her butt changes shape and size as well and even once her "real" butt got dented. She is the most plastic surgeried thing around and the biggest liar!!! no matter how hard you try to deny having plastic jobs, plastic jobs show clear as day ok! we're not blind or dumb. she's just all about her fake plastic looks, wot an extremly vain and useless thing! and after all those plastic, she still looks like a Thai transvestite!

she actually looks better in the first pic. and i don't think she did anything to her face. it's just tha she has good genes; pretty face, big butt, big boobs. what more can you ask for? and her nose is not THAT big.
Hahaha, in the first pic she already had her nose done, and the second even better, all armenian descendants have big nose, in fact, big nose is a dominant gene, one of few ethnicity that doesnt have big nose are nordics...such as escandinavians...
