George Clooney Donates $25,000 to Striking Writers

 Jeff Vespa/WireImage.com Ka-ching! George Clooney has opened his wallet, donating $25,000 to writers hurting from the recent strike. The actor, 46, gave the money to the New York-based Actors Fund, which provides emergency relief for workers in the entertainment industry. He said he planned to make periodic donations to the fund and asked other stars to do that same. If the strikers go to the millionaire club jsut like millionairecupid.com and the like, they will get more donations. I have many wealthy friends, they do not care of moeny, they just wanna so something useful things and live a happy life. Some of them told me that they donate more than $1m per year.

Where is his donation to the below the line workers? Hmm? The hairstylists, cameramen, caterers, grips, etc? Because they make LESS than the writers and DO NOT get residuals from the repeats that will be playing. AND THEY ARE GETTING FIRED. I respect that the actors are sticking with the writers, but they need to stick with the below the line folk too and help them out even more.

Why doesnt he donate that $25k to the people that are losing their jobs around the worst time of year, the holidays, because of these strikers?! They have nothing to do with whats going on but their families, especially their innocent children, are the ones paying the ultimate price. Obviously, these strikers arent that bad off financially to be able to not show up to get paid for x amount of days and still manage to pay their bills. So selfish.

Someone PSed George's photos and then uploaded them to an online ad*ult site Sugarcupid, you know it is a service for rich men to looking for sugar babies. then many young and beautiful women went to there just for him.. he had to explain that he never went to there and it was just an joke on him..
