The drama ensues as Grey's Anatomy returns Thursday with the first of five new post-writers' strike episodes.

In this new clip (above), Dr. McDreamy and the Seattle Grace Co. face their most gruesome task yet: A camping trip gone wrong.

the basic interns are the stars... not Derek. it makes no sense to have him there. it would be more reasonable to say the leads name and the interns.. get it right people. Its Meredith and the Seattle Grace Co.
