Nick Cannon "definitely wants kids" with new wife Mariah Carey, his half-brother Reuben Cannon told Usmagazine.com.
"I am not sure exactly if now is the time," Reuben said. "Both of their careers are crazy right now."
Reuben, a musician working on his first solo album, said his half-brother and Carey have a "real and honest love" for each other.
"That is what is going to keep them together," Reuben told Us.
"He loves her more than any other girl," Reuben added.
Reuben revealed that he and Nick would listen to Carey's music growing up.
"He was a fan," Reuben said.
Cannon and Carey wed in a surprise ceremony in the Bahamas on April 30.

It is so funny that when stars marry someone ten or eleven years their junior it is so publicized. Love knows no age. What is wrong with you people. You don't know what the situation was between the two of them. You don't know if she or he prayed for someone special to come into their lives. GOD works in mysterious ways. So what if Nick is way younger than her, it is the heart that matters, not the age. Look at your own lives and tell me what would you do if you found someone younger than you and wanted to marry them

Her ring was not sloppy seconds, that has been confirmed. They were different and the jeweler also confirmed. Mariah's is actually bigger and the style is slightly different. And from what I know, he did not propose to Christina Milian, they dated for like 3 years but he cheated throughout. And she said he stated he needed the other woman because he needed it for his ego. I just can't believe Mariah of all people would jump into marriage, especially given his track record.

It's probably more infatuation on Nick's part. Things may change when those true colors start shining through (both parties). I think on some level, Mariah is a cool chick to hang out with, she does have a sense of humor. But, when that egotistical and diva side comes out, it makes you look at her differently. Maybe if they are truly in love, it will calm her down some. Somebody needs to constantly remind her how things were when people weren't that into her(Glitter days). Remind her what's it's like when she hits the bottom. She's admitted the way she dresses is just an act, so why do it? She's admitted to low self esteem which is why she probably travels with so many people. She needs people to make her feel important, when in actuality she doesn't.

Nick asked BOTH his last two girlfriends to marry him, and he was engaged both times, but somehow..... this proposal is different and meaningful??? Whatever. Nick did not create Nickelodeon...LOL, but he was a writer for several shows and a cast member of All That. He was writing at a young age making decent money. He then got into acting more and somewhat of a rap career. He has his own production company and has some production deals with MTV where he creates, produces and writes the shows. He also has his own clothing line, PNB. No, he's not worth as much as MiMi, but don't make the guy out to be a sponge, he does have his own. He is no K-Fed, for sure. This guy has been in the business a while and he doesn't have kids by other woman like most of them do. He's not out trying to be some thug and glorifying smoking weed. He should be commended for making his own way at such a young age. Still don't see the rush of the marriage, but that's for them to worry about.

Nick Cannon created Nickelodeon and apparently is the host or producer or something for a MTV show(I don't know much about it...obviously). He's also been in a couple movies and has out some songs. I think he tried to get into rapping too. He's a pretty good actor...
But I do agree with you, Mariah just wants publicity...and I think they would make good parents despite her big head...At least we know they would take good care of it and I think they would be quite protective.
