Actress Halle Berry says that she will adopt children someday, according to the Associated Press.
"I will adopt if it doesn't happen for me naturally," the 39-year-old actress said in a recent interview with TV newsmagazine Extra. "I will definitely adopt. And I probably will adopt even if it does happen naturally."
However, Berry has no immediate plans to join the ranks of celebrity moms Angelina Jolie, who is pregnant, and Gwyneth Paltrow and Katie Holmes, who recently gave birth. "There are too many babies being born," Berry joked. "No, no, now's not the time."
Berry already has an adopted daughter, India, from her four-year-marriage to R&B singer Eric Benét. She was also married to baseball player David Justice for five years. Most recently she has been linked to Versace model Gabriel Aubry.

I never said that she SHOULD have a baby. She is 39. Demi could have a baby. But there is ALWAYS a risk, and that risk increases as you get older. Halle should get to be a mom and expierence it first and, since she never has. Ashton should get to expierience fatherhood but Demi already has 3 kids. she can adopt at least 1. And he would still be the baby's father. Just not biologically.

In Angelina's interview with Ann Curry, she was asked if she was about 8 months along and she responded "no, not yet." My personal guess is that the baby will be here around the end of June or early July. Could be wrong though.

Halle Berry has so many issues that it's a good thing the child will be adopted into a rich household because he or she will need a lifetime of therapy from having her a mother!!! She is a perfect example of the fact that you can be so beautiful yet still be a complete mental mess!!!!!! Good Luck!

It said in the article that she was just joking....it's true though! All these stars are having kids all the sudden and adopting like crazy. It's a good thing though...like Angelina Jolie's kids-if she hadn't adopted them they would still be stuck in a 3rd world country living a horrible life. But now they can grow up and have money for education .....I don't see what's so bad about that?
