Chocolate-Mint Shake
3-1/2 cups quartered strawberries
2 -1/4 cups nonfat milk
3/4 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sprig fresh mint
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
Crushed ice
1. Place the strawberries, milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, and mint in a blender and pulse until smooth.

To Serve. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses and serve immediately.
