Will people stop referring to Michelle Williams. She was nothing of Heath's, he had dumped her. They were an on-set affair that ended up in an accidental pregnancy. She's now dating Spike Jonze and probably has for ages. Heath had also moved on ages before he died, said to be smitten with new girlfriend, Gemma Ward, before he died and spent time with her whenever he wasn't shooting, in New York, London and Perth. Michelle is reknown for hooking up with guys while shooting films. She hooked up with Morgan J Freeman whilst shooting Dawson's Creek, she was 18, he was 28 and they dated 2 or 3 years. Then she hooked up Bobby Cannavale while shooting The Station Agent for a few months, and then she moved on to Michael Showalter while shooting The Baxter and was still with him when she suddenly hooked up with Heath Ledger on Brokeback Mountain. I'm not at all surprised her hooking up with Spike during Where the Wild Things Are and again in Sydneydoche New York. In England she was also rumoured to have hooked up with Ewan McGregor on the set of The Incendiary (and this was around the time when Heath had 'unofficially' dumped her).

He was the one actor that my husband and I both liked and enjoyed watching his movies, even watched Roar, his TV show. He could have died from an allergic reaction to prescriptions or his dosage was too high. From what has been said about him, I don't think he was trying to kill himself. RIP.

From what I've read, he was suffering from pneumonia. The sleeping pills probably did not mix well with the medication he was taking to treat the pneumonia, and that is probably what killed him.

What a shocking,sad day this is. Heath Ledger was a great actor, and talent.

Of all the people, I would expect to hear of an early passing, he was not one.

Wow this one was a shock. I never really knew he had any serious problems with sleeping or any other. I fell very sad for his family for michelle and especialy matilda. I really do not believe he purposely killed himself or that he even had an addiction to street drugs, I do think it is possible he was so tired and overtired and that he accidently took to much medication. I am sure everybody here has been so tired u cant eat u feel sick u see things or get dehydrated now times that by 10 and that is probably how he was feeling. anyways thats just my opini

Actually, it depends on when his birthday is if he would be 29 yet, duh. I was born in '79 and my birtday isn't until the 12th of Feb, so I'm still only 28. His b-day is April something, so he won't be 29 until then.

My heart goes out to His family, Michelle & his daughter.
